บาริสต้าระดับสูง เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ผ่านการเรียน การชงกาแฟระดับมาตรฐาน มาแล้วหรือเคยมีประสบการณ์ด้านบาริสต้ามาก่อน

เวลาเรียนเริ่ม 9.00 – 17.00 น.
เนื้อหา:
- ที่มาของกลิ่น รส ในกาแฟ
- การทดสอบรสชาติกาแฟเอสเพรสโซ่
- การสังเกตกาแฟที่สกัดจากเครื่องชง
- การสกัดกาแฟ (Under, Balance, Over)
- การละลายของสารประกอบในแต่ละช่วงของการสกัดกาแฟเอสเพรสโซ่ (Rambo shot)
- 6 ปัจจัยหลักที่ส่งผลต่อรสชาติกาแฟเอสเพรสโซ่ (Pressure, Temp, Time, Grind size, Ratio, Water)
- Dose, Distribution, Tamp – Distribution, Dose, Tamp
- หลักการการสตรีมนมร้อน (Stretching & Spinning)
- หลักการเทนมร้อน (ลาเต้อาร์ท)
- การทำเมนูกาแฟร้อน และกาแฟเย็น
- การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องชง และเครื่องบดกาแฟ
สิ่งที่รวมในค่าเรียน:

- วัตถุดิบทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการเรียน
- เอกสารประกอบการเรียน / แบบทดสอบ
