- การชิมรสชาติกาแฟ
- อัตราส่วนที่ใช้ในการชงกาแฟ
- ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปริมาณของสารสกัดในกาแฟ และความเข้มข้น
- ชนิดของตัวกรอง
- หลักการจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และพื้นที่การชงกาแฟ
- การชงกาแฟ 4 ประเภท
- คุณภาพของน้ำเบื้องต้น
- การเก็บรักษากาแฟคั่ว
สิ่งที่รวมในค่าเรียน:
