Coffee and Tea Products: Our consumable products are roasted and packed fresh to order so we are unable to accept returns on our coffee and tea products. However, our customer’s satisfaction and happiness is high-priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order and our customer support team will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Other Merchandise: For other product returns please contact us within 30 days of your order for a refund or exchange.
