Cloudy Hill Natural Processed Coffee begins with harvesting fully ripe coffee fruits. These coffee fruits are then sorted and washed before being laid to dry on raised beds for up to 28 days. The whole coffee fruit is left intact throughout the drying process and the environment for drying is controlled. The coffee is frequently turned and rotated for drying uniformity. This produces strong fruit flavors and a heavy body.
