 Barista Skills Level 2:

  • Expresso Recipes
  • Extraction (Under, Balanced, Over)
  • Brew cycle time (Rambo shot)
  • Six Essentials (Pressure, Temp, Time, Grind size, Ratio, Water)
  • Distribution, Dose, Tamp
  • Milk Steaming (Stretching & Spinning)
  • Milk Pouring
  • Hot & Cold Coffee Drink Preparations
  • Maintenance

At the end of the course, there is a short examination. Upon completing this 1-day course students will be presented with a certificate from The Coffeenery.

Students often utilize our Basic Barista Courses in preparation for enrolling in our SCA Barista Courses.
